I set up a little gym at home about a year ago and I only had enough weights and equipment to get me so far with my goals. I needed more weights and was thinking of getting a smith machine. I wanted to shop locally and found Fit for Life. Even though Fit for Life didn't have a smith machine on the shop floor, the staff were able to show me what they were able to get in. I chose the smith machine that would suit me and I also purchased an extra 80kg of standard ezy grip plate weights. When the equipment arrived, I was able to get it delivered and built at a fair price. I am more than happy with the helpful service that I got from Fit for Life and will be going back there in the future when I require more equipment.
